Heat Software Development Kit v2.27

Heat SDK 2.27 for beginners C++ programmers. This SDK is complete written to be easy to use and contains useful functions for beginner Visual C++ programmers. Tested in C++ 5.0 but should work under other versions of the software and also developed under Win9x.
